01 What is a property valuation?
A property valuation is an assessment of a property’s market value at a given point in time. It draws on comparable sales, location, condition and the market data relevant to the valuation date, and is set out in a certified report prepared by a licensed valuer.
02 What can I use a TDA valuation for?
Our valuations support a range of needs, including capital gains tax, SMSF reporting, stamp duty.
03 How does a valuation support my SMSF reporting?
SMSF trustees are required to report fund assets at market value each income year. TDA provides independent market valuations your accountant or auditor can use to support that reporting. This is general information only and not tax advice, so please confirm your obligations with your accountant.
04 Who prepares my report?
